About Matt Roebuck
In 2010, when I was 18 years old, I became a Barista because of my personal interest in coffee and the varied work it takes along the value chain. I have worked in a variety of coffee shops, Bars, and roasteries with very different coffees and styles of roasting and preparation.
I have also worked as a sample roaster and cupper for a Cooperative APECAP in Palanda in the south of Ecuador. I am now 30 years old and I work as a coffee roaster as part of a collectively run direct import roastery, Quijote Kaffee.
I'm from the Frankfurt am Main area and my main interest next to plants humans cultivate and consume is music, bicycle and roundnet.
