The Culture of Fermentation – Kathe Kaczmarzyck

In this talk, Kathe regales stories of her explorations to discover how the culture of fermentation benefits our health and wellbeing. 

Kathe is an avid fermentor currently residing in London. She works teaching fermentation, experiments with various processes, and studying the cultural world at large.
