Showcase your coffees at Barista Camp!
Early October, 150 baristas and coffee professionals from across Europe will gather at Eden Beach Resort near Athens, Greece to attend the first European Barista Camp. The camp takes place between the 5th and 8th of October, and is a mixture of workshops, lectures and fun.
We are offering the opportunity for European roasters to showcase their coffee at Barista Camp. Coffees will be brewed both as part of classes, as well as during team challenges and for coffee service throughout the camp. Everyone attending camp will be excited to taste a diverse range of coffees from across Europe, and to brew them on the broad range of coffee equipment.
We'd love to have more than just coffee from roasters, we would love to have their participation in camp - to both make sure their coffees are as they want them, as well as to learn and share with the community.
The Coffee Sponsorship package

Opportunity to showcase your coffee at Camp during the courses, and served during breakfast and breaks.
2 Camp tickets to be used by Sponsor for company representatives or as scholarship for a customer. Included in the tickets is full board accommodation for 3 nights in double room and attendance of the activities to be held at Camp.
Opportunity to provide a promotional item to be included in the attendee bags
Coffees to be provided according to following requirements:
10kg of espresso coffee, origin(s) at roaster’s choice, medium roast
2kg of filter coffee, origin(s) at roaster’s choice, medium roast
2kg of filter coffee according to specific (roasting and origin) guidelines to be discussed with BGE and depending on the roaster’s coffee offering.

Coffee Sponsorship price: €1.700
An alternative Coffee Sponsorship package is available for a fee of €1.000 plus required coffees. The coffees to be provided according to the same requirements as above. This package includes the following sponsor benefits:

Sponsors eager to get involved should send an email to hello@baristaguildofeurope.com with a list of their available coffees, and indicating which sponsorship package they’re interested in. Coffee Sponsors will be selected at a first come, first served base but priority will be given to roasters selecting the first (€1.700) package. The deadline for application is 11 September 2014.
